Registration

Please register in order to reserve your place in the conference program. You need to do this by March 7, 2025.  The registration is at: https://forms.gle/59KAXUMpGo2JB46G9

Full payment of registration is due May 9, 2025 at: https://register.cpe.vt.edu/search/publicCourseSearchDetails.do?method=load&courseId=8030356

The fees cover the room, all meals, receptions, coffee breaks and the conference excursion.  Check in is Sunday, July 27 after 4pm and checkout is Wednesday, July 31 at noon. 

There are three registration levels: (a) regular participants ($1950); (b) graduate student and postdocs ($1450), and (c) accompanying persons ($600).
